The G Shock Military

Casio released the military inspired special edition G Shock Military watches in 2009. Since that time, these G Shock watches have become hugely popular–not only with military forces but with police, paramedics, astronauts, firemen and civilians as well.

 Right now, this is the hottest G Shock watch on the market. In fact, Amazon ran out of these during the Christmas season and they just received a new shipment. From what I hear, Amazon.com is currently the country’s #1 seller of Casio G Shock Watches.

The G Shock Military is the second G Shock watch I’ve owned. I purchased my first one back in 1999 and it served me well for many years. The watch I purchased after my first G Shock was a Rolex Submariner. While I still love the Rolex, the Military G Shock makes for a great watch to wear when engaging in activities that could scratch my watch up.

The G Shocks not only look like rugged, they are rugged! I’ve only had this for a few months but in that time, this has taken a beating. From hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting and surfing, the G Shock Military has not missed a beat. And, this G Shock watch gets a ton of compliments. It really is a nice looking, rugged watch.
